First Day at McManis Faulkner
After my BUS160 class, I went to my first day at work. I had such a great time meeting great people who were nice, funny, professional and very helpful. I learned so many great things on my first day that only a large work environment will I be be exposed to this type of technology and systems. The tech team is small, but they are taking on huge task to satisfy the entire firm's concerns with technology and I respect that very much. I'm glad I was given the opportunity to get my feet in the door given the shape of our economy, but I have to stay humble and do my best with the tasks and projects they give me. Wish me best of luck! JT signing out.

Job Interview
I got a job interview today at McManis Faulkner in downtown San Jose by SJSU campus. It's a part-time job as an IT technician. The job should be better than the job I have currently. It should be consistent with my career field and it's something I want to do also.
Wish me luck!

Uncle Johnny's Birthday
I'm excited about Uncle Johnny's 60th birthday tomorrow. There will be many relatives there to celebrate this special occasion. It feels great knowing there are times where all the people you cherish are at one single spot. The birthday party will take place at La Loma park in Modesto, California at 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. La Loma park has many activities to offer, such as bike trails that extends 11 miles long and basketball courts. Along with the physical activities, what I look forward to the most will be the food. Barbecue is always delicious.
After the celebration, I plan to do a follow up survey using Constant Contact to evaluate what people liked about the party. I would be killing two birds with one stone since it helps collect data and fulfills one of my class assignments. I hope my instructor lets me submit my assignment couple weeks earlier
